Computational Optimization Laboratory at Kogakuin University performs multi-disciplinary research and development in the field of computational optimization. Its purpose is to design and implement optimization algorithms for large scale problems in engineering, especially for design problems in the control theory and the digital signal processing. Particular emphasis is place on optimization algorithms using distributed and parallel computing via loosely coupled network on desktop PCs.

2007/3/27		We established LLP AD-LAB SYSTEMS.
2006/4/1		The lab moved to Depatment of Computer Science, Faculty of Informatics.
2004/6/14		Grid speeds computation on MATLAB mathematical software (Grid Today)
